Ecstatic Network (2015)

This is an interactive audiovisual piece that creates a super network system. Two different networks and elements make scale-free networks by adding their classes. The connections are created alongside the algorithm that calculates the nearest nodes and sound is generated by positions of nodes. This work is motivated by scale free network and small world network in social and biological levels such as microorganism or bloodvassels in living beings. This structure is expanding unlimitely from hub of the local clusters.

이 작업은 수퍼네트워크네트워크의 형태를 인터랙티브 오디오비주얼로 보여주는 작업이다. 개별적인 점과 노드로 이루어진 두가지 다른 그룹의 클러스터가 확장하면서 두가지의 속성의 네트워크 시스템을 무한히 만든다. 이 연결들은 가장 가까운 거리의 점을 계산하여 연결하는 알고리듬으로 만들어진다. 이러한 구조는 스케일프리네트워크와 스몰월드네트워크에서 영감을 받아 제작되었고, 이러한 네트워크는 인터넷의 연결, 혈관의 분포도, 미생물이 자라는 방향 등의 미시와 거시를 아우르는 사회적 또는 생물학적 관점에서도 찾아볼수 있는 시스템이다. 이 네트워크 시스템은 지역의 클러스터의 허브를 중심으로 무한히 확장한다.
